Distances:
30km (2 loops) - the most popular and challenging
15km (1 loop) - For novices, beginners with not much experience. Good to build your confidence.
Rules with 1 loop: If you enter the 1 loop category you CANNOT continue in 2 loops or face DQ in race for interference.

8:00am - Registration starts at BBQ by Tai Lam Chung Dam above prison correctional institute
8:50am - Race briefing at BBQ
9:00am - Start in front of BBQ on road (2 loop participants)
9:10am - Start in front of BBQ on road (1 loop)

Free transport (Bus/Bike truck) from Central Star Ferry Pier 7 (Departs 07:40) and returns after awards around noon. (Only if registered before Oct 30 - indicate in BIO line "Central bus/truck")

Cancellation & Refunds:
Strictly no refunds once payment is made. No transfer of credit is possible. Admin charges HK$100 for name changes. Race Director has the final say on all matters.
Race Numbers and Personal Bag Check:
Bike numbers and souvenir shirts to be picked up at registration 1 hour before race start. Bag check at starting point which is same as finish.
PRIZES:
Medals for top 3 in each of the age category for 2 loops and certificates for top 3 in 1 loop category. Selected prizes for category winners.

賽程：
30公里 (2圈) - 最受歡迎及最具挑戰性
15公里 (1圈) - 適合經驗不多的新手及初學者。建立你對越野單車的自信心。
其他選擇：(45公里/3圈賽) 如參賽者想參加一個更嚴峻的挑戰 - 45公里/3圈越野單車賽，請電郵本會。如有適量的參賽者，大會將考慮增加45公里/3圈賽事。大會將於9月23日截止申請及進行決定。
15公里 (1圈) 規則 ：如參賽者參加15公里 (1圈)賽事，參賽者不能繼續第2圈賽事，否則大會將取消參賽者的資格。

參賽確認：
