Start & Finish Location: Frenz United Football Academy - Janda Baik (1 hr drive from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

Race start: 7 am (flag off 18km then 5 min later 10km)

Drinks: Water at checkpoints and finish.

Shirts: All entries paid before deadline will receive a quick dry tech singlet running top. First 1500 who register.

Finish Medal & Certificate to all finishers

International runners or those living more than 2 hours driving outside KL in other city can pick up race packs day before race or race morning before 6:15am

OVERSEAS PARTICIPANTS - Homestay options near start location, but KL very convenient or see Trip Advisor close to start area.

Transport to start: Bus from McDonalds Genting Sempah R & R to Janda Baik start and return.( USD 5 - estimated MYR20). Please add this option when registering online please. PRE RACE BUS DEPARTURE 5:30am. AFTER RACE BUS DEPARTURE 1pm after cut-off and awards.

Training & Gear- Highly recommend you train for 18km as hills but good news is easy dirt roads. Recommend bring hydration belt or hydration camelpak style system. Available at all trail running shops.
