Thank you for joining our Action Asia Events.

We are pleased to announced that Action Sprint Sai Kung event is postponed to MAY 31, 2014 (SAT).  Should you have not collected the runner pack, we offer last chance period MAY 27-29, 2014 (TUE – THU) at Action X Store (details see below).

Please note there will be special replacment arrangement if you are unable to race on the re-scheduled event date MAY 31, 2014.  You may look for a friend to take your entry quota and email to payment@actionasiaevents.com on / before MAY 23, 2014 (before 5pm HK time) for replacement arrangement (provide us of your replacement full name, mobile and email address to follow up).  Valid replacement upon receipt our team email confirmation.

受連日天雨影響水位高漲，西貢山澗賽道不宜比賽。故此延期進行賽事，日期待定。請留意網站更新及將稍後電郵通知有關更改。

Race Numbers & Singlets

You will be given your Race number & pins in your race pack which must be worn somewhere visible on the FRONT of you. Inside the race pack you’ll also get a souvenir singlet quick dry shirt, which we encourage you to wear in the race to help us keep the sponsorship with them.

Luggage / Clothing / Drop bags

Number tags will be given out at registration at race pack pick up at Action X Store week of race for you to put on your own bags/packs. All bags will be stored near the start line, which is the same as the finish line so just show your race number after race to pick up. Even though we have volunteers looking after the luggage check the race organizer takes no responsibility for lost property so please leave anything expensive at home.

Weather

This race will NOT be cancelled in any type of weather unless Typhoon 8 signal is hoisted at 6am on race morning. A message will be put up on website if cancelled latest 6am race morning.


VOLUNTEERS

If you have friends or family that can help out we never turn away volunteers and will give them a position of their choice. All volunteers receive a quick dry shirt valued at HK$250 (limited supply), Bonaqua and Aquarius on the course, buns, one free entry in a SPRINT race valued HK$320.  Go to contact us top right corner of this website and click VOLUNTEER for choice and leave your contact details and which event if interested.

號碼布及大會紀念T-SHIRT
號碼布及大會紀念T-SHIRT已包括於跑手包內。號碼布必須掛於胸前當眼位置。另外，大會鼓勵參賽者穿著大會紀念T-SHIRT，支持賽事。


行李寄存
跑 手包於Action X Store 領取，行李牌將放於跑手包內。收到行李牌後，請寫上參賽號碼(行李牌號碼跟參賽號碼相同)，並於賽前把該行李牌綁於行李上，以便直接寄存行李。賽後，請出 示閣下號碼布，工作人員將根據參賽號碼及經核對後，為閣下領取行李。請把貴重物品留於家中，如行李有損失，大會將不會負責。


天氣
本賽事將不會因天氣情況取消(賽事早上6時仍然懸掛8號熱帶氣漩訊號除外)。有關情況，請留意大會將於賽事早上6時前於該活動網頁內，發佈有關取消賽事消息。


義工招募
