Event Entry 報名辦法

 

網上報名現已停止，尚餘少量名額，可於9月20及21日(中午12 時至晚上8 時)前往領取跑手地點(100台灣台北市中正區信義路二段163號 (捷運東門站8出口旁) 謙商旅東門)，即場以現金付款報名。

Online registration is now ended. On site registration with limited slot is available on September 20 & 21 (12PM to 8PM) at race pack pick location (No.163, Sec. 2, Xinyi Rd.,Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei City, Taiwan - Chaiin Hotel) by paying cash.

 

• 同一個跑團如有20人及以上報名，該跑團可獲得比賽場地指南宮廟的比賽日免費攤位一個（含3米X3米帳篷），詳情請聯繫大會Payment@actionasiaevents.com，以做安排。
• If 20 or more participants enter from the same running club, the running club will get 1 free 3mx3m marquee tent at Zhi Nan Gong Temple (at the race venue on the race day). Please contact us by emailing payment@actionasiaevents.com for the tent arrangement

• 10人以上一起報名可享9折優惠，詳情請聯繫大會Payment@actionasiaevents.com，以做安排。
• If 10 or more participants enter together, all entries can enjoy 10% discount. For more details, please contact us by emailing payment@actionasiaevents.com

• 參加過2017年或2018年動感亞洲越野賽台灣站的忠誠跑者，可用此優惠碼：2019TWVIP 獲得9折優惠。

報名登記表格：請以英文 (或英文拼音填寫姓名) 填寫網上報名登記表格。

完成網上報名後。便可透過下列方式繳付款:
網上信用咭付款 – 最方便，建議台灣參賽健兒使用
閣下可於完成網上報名後繼續以網上付款形式VISA繳付參賽費用。

參賽確認：
參賽者可自行查閱個人報名紀錄。網上登記報名及VISA付款完成後將直接收到登記及付款確認。請於報名時提供正確下電郵地址。主辦單位將不會額外發出電郵確認報名及有關付款紀錄。
於報名時，請提供正確電郵以便大會寄上最新資訊。請參賽者定期到網頁留意更新事項 (例如跑手包領取事項安排)。報名名額以完成付款先到先得形式進行，額滿即止。

Confirmation:
There will be email confirmation (entry and payment) sent from the organizer. So please input carefully of your email address so you will receive an confirmation email by the registration system automatically.  Please notify us immediately if we have your wrong email or are not on confirmed list. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE SO GET YOUR ENTRY IN.

 

取消或退款：
不設退款。參賽資格不能轉移到其他賽事，亦不能作轉讓或出售他人。如更改/ 加減隊伍/ 贊助名稱或其他參賽資料，香港參賽者可透過銀行轉賬繳付港幣100作為有關更改之行政費用。或海外參賽者可於台灣領取跑手包時一併辦理，並繳付台幣$400作為有關更改之行政費用。若轉換賽事距離組別，除上述之行政費用外，另須繳付因轉組所須之報名費用差額。所有更改申請須於比賽日兩星期或之前提 出，否則大會將不會受理。賽事總監保留最後決定權。

Cancellation & Refunds:
Strictly no refunds once payment is made. No transfer of credit to other events is possible. No transfer of entry to any other person is allowed.  HKD100 for local Hong Kong runners to pay via bank transfer or cash. NT$400 admin charge to be paid at race pack pick up for overseas / Taiwan runners for team name changes or category distance changes request only up to 2 weeks before race day. Race Director has the final say on all matters. 

 

轉換組別或資料改動:
任何參賽隊伍名稱更改事項，大會將於比賽登記(領取跑手包)時一併辦理，及即場收取台幣400元作為該等行政費用。

Category changes or Admin Changes:
NT 400 FOR ALL CHANGES PAID AT REGISTRATION RACE PACK PICK UP WEEK OF RACE - venue will soon be confirmed.
