• Family (shorter) - FAMILY CATEGORY THIS EVENT BEFORE MAIN RACE - (1.4 km kayak & 3 km run) - Capacity 60 teams.
• Adult (longer) race - (3 km kayak - 5 km run - 3 km kayak) - Capacity 60 teams.

 
Course marking - this is an orienteering event so you must download the attached map in download pdf section and put it in a ziplock or laminate it and bring with you. Quite easy to find the mountain cp in the adult category, but recommend all in the adult category to try to go out and recce the cp if you are not familiar with the area.

Average Time Expected - 1 hour 30 min to 3 hours.
