Start Time: 起步時間:	6:30 am: 54 km (sunrise 6:45 so first 15min in dark) 上午6時30分: 54 公里 (日出時間為6時45分，首15分鐘需要在天黑的環境下進行) 7:30 am: 27 km (going over Lantau Peak & Sunset Peak, contour of ridge to Pak Mong - Olympic Trail back to Tung Chung)  上午7時30分: 27 公里 (穿越大嶼山及大東山的地方至白芒-奧運徑返回東涌) 7:45 am: 16 km (no major peaks - contour of ridge to Pak Mong - Olympic Trail back to Tung Chung)  上午7時45分: 16公里 (跑至白芒-奧運徑返回東涌)

Online registeration ends on 12:00PM of Nov 28, 2019. On site registration with limited slot is avaiable on Nov 28-30, 2019 (11:30AM - 7:45PM) at race pack pick up location(ACTION X STORE - 28 Bonham Strand, Sheung Wan, HK - exit A2 and walk 50m behind 7-11) by paying cash.

網上報名於2019年11月28日中午12時結束，尚餘少量名額，可於11月28-30日(下午11時30分至晚上7時45分)前往領取跑手地點(Action X Store – 上環文咸東街28號地下 - 上環港鐵站 A2 出口後步行約50米。)，即場以現金付款報名。

SHUTTLE BUS

Bus departure at Yuen Long, Prince Edward, Shatin and Admiralty departing at 5:15am. Please show your bus ticket that is attached to back of race number that you get at race pack pick up.

16km - recommend taking MTR to Tung Chung and 5 min walk thru Citygate shopping centre and exit Novotel and park next to Hotel 50 m away.

27km - recommend taking MTR to Tung Chung and 5 min walk thru Citygate shopping centre and exit Novotel and park next to Hotel 50 m away.

54km - recommend booking shuttle bus (extra HKD 35 - pay when register).

大會穿梭巴士位於元朗，太子，沙田及金鐘，將於早上5時15分開出。請出示選手包內的號碼布背後的巴士卷。

16公里 - 建議乘搭港鐵至東涌及步行50米(約5分鐘) 經過東薈城及諾富特東薈城酒店至公園

27公里 - 建議乘搭港鐵至東涌及步行50米(約5分鐘) 經過東薈城及諾富特東薈城酒店至公園

54公里 - 建議乘搭穿梭巴士 (額外港幣35元 – 登記時付款)

賽前行李寄存

請寫上參賽號碼(行李牌號碼跟參賽號碼相同)，並於賽前把該行李牌綁於行李上，以便直接寄存行李。

 

Insurance -  Organizer provides 3rd party insurance for event only. Participants should purchase their own personal insurance to cover hospital medical coverage and evacuation if needed.
