新手感恩希慎港島遠足及跑步賽能順利舉行

希慎港島遠足及跑步賽將於明天10月31日舉行. 起點和終點設於跑馬地箕璉坊配水庫休憩處. 今年很多參加者是首次作賽.

其中，首次參加比賽的Madelene Li 便勇於挑戰22公里組別. 「這是我人生中第一場比賽，男朋友一直勸說和鼓勵我嘗試跑山，我們分開兩天試22公里路線，我感覺體力還可以，希望能在6.5小時限時內完成.」

另一位參加了5公里賽事的Mimi Yeung, 剛於上星期的香港馬拉松完成了10公里賽事，但跑山還是第一次，所以初嘗5公里試試水溫. 「我和兩位朋友一齊報名，他們很有經驗，玩14公里. 我本想與兒子一同跑5公里，可惜小朋友還未能打疫苗，我唯有孤軍作戰. 雖然有點可惜，但這措施可以保障參加者健康.」

Ivan Young 曾經完成多日分段超級馬拉松比賽，賽前他只擔心訓練不足，影響發揮. 「我對上一場比賽是動感亞洲於去年3月舉辦的西貢比賽，這也是抗疫路的開端，那場比賽後我只能獨自上山，很期待能再與其他跑手在賽道上比拼. 希望今次能順利完成14公里.」

希慎作為贊助商和主辦方動感亞洲希望透過跑山活動，能讓參加者享受山上美麗風景之餘，並推廣健康的生活態度. 希慎代表Mark Tung 表示:「經過兩年時間，很高興實體比賽能如期舉行.」 比賽設有三條路線，主要圍繞大潭郊野公園，包括5公里、14公里和22公里.
