Why do you exercise in general?
I’m not sure if I can help. Firstly, I do exercise generally because I want myself to be better, which means to become more healthy, to maintain better body shape, keep having challenges… also I always hope to get back to the fitness level that before I got pregnant. This is also my motivation to keep hiking and running.
What is your typical diet every day as do you take your food seriously like only eating healthy food 3x a day or how often in a week do you go on junk food or what you might call unhealthy binge?
I eat what I love to eat. I love açai bowl and I make it with my daughter twice a week. For meals, I like eating noodles, pastas, tacos… quite high amount of CHO. I always have junk food during training, chocolates and gummy.
Who motivates you and why?
My daughter, Summer enjoyed being carried. That day we hiked at Pak Tai To Yan.
If their was a slogan that you would love to tell the world?
My slogan would be “It’s never too late to start.”
Any expectations for Repulse Bay Action Sprint?
My expectation is do my best and no regret.
