Sprint motivation for Repulse Bay - Hay Kam

Great to catch up with Hay Kam (a recent podium finisher in May at the 19km Goodman Healthy Hike & Run - attached pic).

 

Why do you exercise in general?

I believe that physical well-being assures the mental one, and vice versa. Physical exercise is like massaging our body and soul at the same time so I do massage everyday.


What is your typical diet every day as do you take your food seriously like only eating healthy food 3x a day or how often in a week do you go on junk food or what you might call unhealthy binge?

Sandwiches in the morning; carbs, meat, vege for lunch; while keep low carbs at dinner; low sugar always. I rarely got cravings for junk food, but I will have some when being with friends in gatherings.

Who motivates you and why?

Normally ADHD ladies inspire me the most as their outputs in all aspects of their lives are of so high quality that always amazed me.


If their was a slogan that you would love to tell the world, what would it be and how did you hear this?

"be determined to keep yourself independent, alive, acoustically alert and physically fit; this is an amazing capacity that you can learn to trust completely."

it may not be applicable to everyone as it is a message from one of the channels i had according to Human Design.
