2024 Goodman Healthy Hike & Run: Discover the Beauty of Hong Kong's Trails

The Goodman Healthy Hike & Run is making its return on Sunday, March 10, 2024. This event celebrates the breathtaking hiking trails in Hong Kong while supporting environmental initiatives such as "leave no trace". Outdoor enthusiasts, hikers and runners from across Hong Kong and around the globe are invited to take part in this unforgettable experience.

As in previous years, the race will commence at the Tai Tong Shan Road BBQ area, offering three distinct routes to cater to a wide range of participants  – 5 km, 13 km, and 19 km. Runners in the 19 km race will start at 7:30 am, with a five-hour time limit, followed by the 13 km and 5 km runners. While each route diverges on their way to the Tai Lam Country Park, they all converge back onto the stunning Yuen Tun Trail.

To enable a sustainable and enjoyable journey, fruit and water will be provided at designated checkpoints and the finish line. However, participants are kindly requested to bring their own reusable bottles or flasks to minimize waste. Convenient shuttle bus services will be available from Admiralty, Prince Edward, and Shatin, making transportation hassle-free for all participants. This event welcomes participants of all ages, with children below the age of 12 years old required to be accompanied by an adult.
